Gift Voucher Redemption:

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the location stated on the voucher
Gift vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Non-Refundable:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other vouchers, or credit.

No Replacement for Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

Great Northern Group is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Once issued, the vouchers will not be replaced.

Partial Redemption:

The total value of the voucher must be redeemed in one transaction, partial redemption is not available.
No change will be given for any unused portion of the voucher.

Non-Transferable:

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased the voucher or the person they gifted it to.

No Expiry Extension:

Gift voucher validity cannot be extended beyond the expiration date mentioned on the voucher.

Age Restrictions:

Gift vouchers can be used to purchase alcoholic beverages but only by persons over the age of 18, management may require valid identification.

Non-Convertible to Loyalty Points:

Gift vouchers cannot be converted into loyalty points or any other rewards program currency we offer.

Online Purchases:

Gift vouchers purchased online will be delivered via email to the recipient’s provided email address. Great Northern Group is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect email addresses provided during the purchase process.

Compliance with UK Laws:

Gift vouchers and their use are subject to any relevant UK laws and regulations. Great Northern Group reserves the right to refuse the use of vouchers if there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Modification of Terms:

Great Northern Group reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of voucher purchase.

Voucher Validity in Case of Cessation of Issuance:

In the event that an individual restaurant, within the Great Northern Group, decides to discontinue issuing gift vouchers, all existing gift vouchers will be honored until their individual expiry dates as stated on the vouchers.

Customers holding valid, unexpired vouchers will still be able to redeem them for eligible purchases within the designated validity period, regardless of the cessation of voucher issuance.

Voucher Validity in Case of Business Transfer:

In the event that a venue, within the Great Northern Group, undergoes a change in ownership due to a business sale or transfer, the new owner or operator is not obligated to honor existing gift vouchers issued before the business transfer.

Any decision to honor or refuse the redemption of existing gift vouchers will be at the sole discretion of the new owner or management.

By purchasing and using the gift vouchers, the customer agrees to adhere to the above terms and conditions.
