The following terms and conditions apply to the following limited companies

General competitions involving food and beverages:

  1. Winners will be contacted by email where possible or alternatively direct message on social media.
  2. We will make every reasonable effort to contact winners and aim to do this at least a week before the expiry date of the prize (if there is an expiry date in place)
  3. Winners need to respond to our initial contact within 24 hours to confirm that they are able to accept the prize. We will then forward any additional information required
  4. If we do not receive a response within this time we will redraw the competition and offer the prize to new people. In this scenario we are unable to compensate the original winners in any way.
  5. The process above will continue until we receive confirmation from winners that can accept the prize.
  6. If complimentary alcoholic beverages are included in the prize, you must be over 18 to claim them (soft drink alternatives are available) and our usual policies regarding serving intoxicated individuals apply – the management reserves the right to refuse service.
  7. Prizes are non transferable and should not be resold or re marketed in any way.
  8. Winners are responsible for travel to the venue and any other costs incurred
  9. By entering the competition you will be added to our email newsletter and/or our social media engagement audiences. You can unsubscribe from these at any time and this is done in accordance with our privacy policy as well as the relevant privacy policy of the social media channels we are promoting the competition through.

Nottingham Forest ticket giveaways:

  1. Winners will be contacted by email where possible or alternatively direct message on social media.
  2. We will make every reasonable effort to contact winners and aim to do this 48-72 hours prior to the fixture
  3. Winners need to respond to our initial contact within 24 hours to confirm that they are able to accept the tickets. We will then forward the tickets and any additional information.
  4. If we do not receive a response within this time we will redraw the competition and offer the tickets to new people. In this scenario we are unable to compensate the original winners in any way with tickets or cash alternatives.
  5. The process above will continue until we receive confirmation from winners that can attend the game.
  6. In the case that no winners are confirmed the company will use the tickets in another way at their discretion.
  7. If complimentary alcoholic beverages are included in the prize, you must be over 18 to claim them (soft drink alternatives are available) and our usual policies regarding serving intoxicated individuals apply – the management reserves the right to refuse service.
